hello and thanks to all that showed concern, i am truly greatful!
anyway to the point, i have not sat and wallowed in my own self pity and have seen my doctor, on an emergency appointment, she is reviewing my medication.
also got terms of severance from my employer first post this morning considering i did not leave until late afternoon suggests that the decision was made before the meeting, they are actually making me redundant offically, seems to me they do not want to fight so i have consulted my union and also taking legal advice have an appointment on tuesday.
As well as this I have got my cv sorted and ready to go as well as making a couple of phone calls, so the irons are in the fire for getting a new job.
no word from the ex today, as she is taking care of her father, making arrangments etc. just waiting for the funeral date.
still feel crap but fighting back.
