I friend of mine used to use this term for an overfriendly and extremely enthusiastic goosing. Grab both buttocks from behind (a good handful) and shout HONK!. Possibly best demonstrated in real life and best done if victim is not expecting it - and ideally walking upstairs.
Not sure about a BDSM context though One of God's own prototypes, a high powered mutant of some kind, never considered for mass production. Too weird to live, too rare to die. | ||

I always thought honking meant to puke all over someone or that they smelt bad! There's terrific merit in having no sense of humour, no sense of irony, practically no sense of anything at all.
