When corsets go wrong (Snobz) (8)

Two years ago I bought a lovely cream corset from Snobz. I was delighted with it and despite having a few others it remained my firm favourite. I loved the fit, the finish, the length. All perfect for me.

So you can imagine my dismay when, last time out, it literally came apart! The outer fabric had come away from the stays and it was unravelling in two places.

So, I wrote to Jo at Snobz to the effect that I know I've had it for two years but you might want to know if this is a problem. I did want another one but I was a little reticent to buy another one the same if it was a fault that was going to repeat itself.

Well, what a wonderful response I got. "Yes, we would like to see it if you would kindly send it back." Not a problem, off it went. Then I got an email to say "Give us a call"

Jo told me that the material was the problem and as such if I would care to choose another corset in a different material then they would happily replace it!

I honestly did not expect to have a two year old item replaced. I think that is outstanding customer service and I'd like to say a huge public thanks to Jo at Snobz for the lovely new pink satin corset I received this morning. I think I have a new favourite.

Heartily recommend Snobz to anyone looking for a corset, I love 'em.

I know I want a made-to-measure for my next corset but if that doesn't work out for whatever reason then it's back to Snobz without a doubt. My imaginary friend thinks that you have a problem
