Or stand facing a wall, arms outstretched, fingertips just brushing the wall. Keep your body very still, and rotate your right arm slowly clockwise, full circle, until the figertips are against the wall again.

Try this again, but anti-clockwise. Your fingers, bizarrely, won't meet the wall this time.

Not mentally stimulating as such, but you now have one arm shorter than the other, which will give you sometning else to worry about
