Has anybody here heard of this (the tazapper)? It's been features on many popular websites on kink.com for years.
http://www.toystoysonline.com/electric.htm I have a couple of questions: firstly, how does such a device work? It *looks* like a modified electric fly swatter but I've heard that it feels completely different (no muscle contraction or burning). It sparks more (the fly swatters I've seen don't spark when touched on skin, only when touched on metal). I assume that it uses the same principle as the fly zappers - charge a capacitor to high voltage, and discharge into something. I would guess that the capacitor in the TAZapper is much smaller (i.e. safer), but holds a higher voltage (and hence sparks more) than the fly zappers. My second question: is it legal here?

I would suspect it would be lumped under the same classification as "stun guns", even though it's a gentler device - and on that basis would be classified as illegal. Toak FEMALE, BONDAGE-FRIENDLY MODEL SOUGHT. I am seeking to update my "How To" shibari bondage pictures (see my profile pics, the clothed blonde tied in red and black) with a model more "enthusiastic" about BDSM, and who is happy to be photographed nude. MEMO ME if this is you.

And remember that 'stun guns' are actually classified under UK Law as firearms so be careful kids by this feat of logic where electrified swatters are now pistols.

It's not the same: this uses batteries. I am wondering if someone with a better electrical knowledge than me can tell me how the TAZapper might work? Why, for instance, does it spark when pressed against the skin - fly swatters don't do that?

Funnily enough I've been meaning to post all week but not got around to it. Last Sunday we were in the garden centre and susie spotted a battery powered flyswatter, which we bought. It looks like a kids plastic tennis racquet but has rows of metal rods across it instead of string or plastic mesh.
It is powered by 2 AA batteries and it made a lovely spark and it certainly made her jump when I touched her bum with it! It isn't robust enough to use seriously as it is, but I'm sure it is pervertable! The link you posted definitely sounds as though it is similar, but the best thing is it only cost £5.99! I emailed the folks who run the site a few months ago to ask if they exported these and they said they didnt. I wasnt sure if that was because it is was illegal to own one here or whether they just didnt export in general. I love the chastity now that it flows between us. It is like fresh water and rain.
