I find your on-line questionnaire excellent and very thorough - obviously there has been alot of thought behind it. I feel that the subs and slaves that come to stay with you are very lucky - may your business continue to be successful. | ||

Certainly covers a lot of issues Personally, I've found that I prefer to give feedback either face to face or on the phone afterwards as that encourages interaction. But I can see that it's a really good tool for people who would rather not take that line

Just to add to this and to my original post Having looked at the questionnaire again I think it's quite important to differentiate between the accommodation and the holiday and the session. To me, anyway, the first part can be answered via a questionnaire, The second part (i.e the session) is very personal and I feel that any feedback is far better done where there can be interaction. It just seems a little cold to me But that's just my view - and I am sure there will be others who disagree with this take
