Well - calling someone else stupid in the same sentence that you seem to be having such problems articulating (both in terms of grammar and spelling) doesn't really bode well on your part. (Incidentally "text speak" only really works on your mobile and doesn't really leave a lasting impression of maturity - but then you probably know that already having been in the scene for the obligatory "20 years" already.) Then again, you did start a thread asking for advice when really all you actually want is for everyone to say what you've done is OK (seems pretty "stupid" to me - but then so is making promises you don't intend to keep then being surprised when people get upset at you for breaking them.) Ho hum....no surprises there then.... lili

If it was me i'd write a long note to my ex explaining why I wanted to use it, and then go ahead and use it... "Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Sing like nobody's listening; live like it's heaven on earth."

Ok, lets get this straight. Dyslexia and word blindness is a problem for a lot of people, i understand entirely what the implications of that are on people (probably more than you are aware) however it's extremely tiresome that it seems to be the excuse rolled out in all circumstances for ill thought out or lazy writing. "cuz" (like many "texting" words) was used to shorten the amount of number pressing required when texting on a mobile phone (as is "l8er", "ru", "u", "CU" etc) and did not come about as a result of word blindness or dyslexia. Furthermore, ending a sentence with "stupid" (with or without a question mark) implies an accusation of stupidity in the direction of the quoted poster - if it wasn't meant that way then what did it mean (it makes no sense!?) If you think me rude, so be it. Personally i think it rather rude to pose a question and then denigrate the replies just because they aren't what you want to hear. lili

Clearly, it's in your interest not to annoy other users of IC by felching the wanking barfs or weblogs with ads.

seconded. And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Defiantly not thirded, He said in the original post that he had decided what he had done, he just wants to know what others would of done in this situation and IMO was not after advice, everyone else just chose to see what they wanted to! And yet again started a witch hunt!
