MY VANILLA INTERESTS

This is about my vanilla Loves, Likes Dislikes and Hard Limits. I hope that it gives you a bit of an insight into the vanilla side of me.

My Partner; she is my life, my love and my world.

Spending quality time with my partner.

Sex; I love this, but only have full sex with my partner. I'm turned on by all parts of attractive women's' bodies, but have a particular love of boobies. It would be rare for me to turn down a play with or feel of them.

I really value my health and independence.

Romance; in real life, but very rarely in fiction.

Comedy, humour and to have a good laugh. I love silly, sarcastic and sometimes sick and toilet humour. Monty Python and the things that it has inspired tend to make me laugh.

Computers and the internet.

Photography; mainly just snaps, but sometimes try to do it more seriously.

Food and Drink; I enjoy many alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and a wide range of food. I also like to cook sometimes.

People and socialising. I love to chat, make friends, socialise and enjoy good company. My friends are very important to me. I am a “people watcher” too, not in a voyeuristic way, just like to observe people and the way that they behave. I can tend to be a bit of a loaner though too. These are conflicting traits, but I have them both and they both need their outlet.

Music; mainly rock in its widest sense, but I have a fairly wide and eclectic taste. Pink Floyd are my all time favourites, love The Beatles, Queen, The Who and many others.

Things that I like:

Warm places.

Dr. Who, since the re-launch.

There are some films that I like, but I have do have fairly narrow taste in film. There are a few films that I really love, The Star Wars films being some of my favourites.

Walking.

Holidays and travel.

Dislikes:

Antiques; at least 99.9% of them anyway.

Mornings; they should start later in the day!

Having no money.

Having to work for a living!

I don't like to watch TV much, but there are a few programmes that I enjoy.

Political correctness; I understand where it is coming from, but think that it is on the whole misguided and unhelpful.

Being cold.

Pettiness.

Vanilla Hard Limits – Things that I really hate!

Violence and hatred; they make the world a worse place to live in.

The “isms” racism, sexism etc. I despise narrow mindedness and intolerance. I don't think though that political correctness has helped to address these.

Any form of abuse to people or animals, but particularly people.

Football/sport: I can not understand why people want to watch people playing sport. To me, it makes as much sense to watch someone play sport as to watch someone eat a curry and drink a pint of beer. It is only the person doing it that gets anything out of it.

Soaps.

Reality TV
