I appreciate that some may not want to openly say if they take this medication and why but I would be interested hear from anyone who does and still actively participates in the lifestyle.

How it effects your limits for example?

Please feel free to memo me in complete confidence as there is a very valid reason for my question.

Many thanks

Needy

I don't take it but I should imagine that anyone who did would show some fairly remarkable bruising. Also I would guess that Needles and cutting should probably be avoided.

Im a edgey guy who loves the sight of his own blood. (after a play cutting) on occasions I have planned to take some warfarin or aspirin to aid my blood lust but was warned that this simply isnt responsible.

I would be very interested to know how any play cuttings/ piercings went whilst on said meds.

It does have an effect, but not as much as you'd think

Edited to add; This was with asprin not warfarin

If only the whole world could feel the power of harmony.

Thank you for your replies..

I checked out the website ty mcncirce

As for anyone taking warfarin unprescribed that can be very dangerous thing to do.. it not only stops you from clotting, taking too much can actually lead to unseen bleeds in the brain and other parts of your body. Warfarin is dangerous in the wrong doses and doses have to be specially monitored.

Ummm, I think you've slightly missed the point...Warfarin is often prescribed after a heart attack to thin the blood and reduce the risk of another attack! However as Needy said, the dose must be very carefully regulated to prevent the cure being worse than the disease!

To grow old is mandatory. To grow up is optional

It is also used to kill rats.

..by OVER thinning the blood so that they bleed to death...hence the need for careful dosing in humans!

I was joking. I was painting a picture of my ageing father using warfarin for blood sports rather than his dodgy clogged up veins.

Perhaps I should use smileys in future attempts at humour..
