I had an offer on my house yesterday, but at a 27% discount for cash. 
Needless to say they go their marching orders, the wait goes on.

Accepted an offer on my house in Dec, 3k below asking price. Buyer has messed around for 3 months and I've had to put it back on the market. I'll never take a property off the market again until the cash is in my bank now. Hope you get a good buyer soon. | |
