Saturday night was my second visit to Spankd, the first was for the Christmas party and as that was really good fun i was sure that i would enjoy my second visit.

We knew where we were going, well, once we had actually found the club that was! We got lost the first time, so had directions for a different route, and, got lost this time too. Next time ... we could always try a 3rd route and see what happens.

But once we got there, it was lovely. It seems that half the Manchester bdsm crowd were there, the Under35s organisers had brought about 15+ of their members and there were lots who are regulars at the Manchester and Phoenix Munches. And for those of us who had attended Excalibur's Rope Workshop earlier in the day, we were making a whole day of pervery last as long as possible.

We put our jackets away in the large changing/locker room, he took his bag of toys and we went upstairs to the lounge to find our friends. We sat and chatted and introduced some new friends to others. We met friends from the Liverpool area, watched a sub being tied to the rails, and saw a domme with a lovely rope bra. It went so well with her lovely wig!

Everyone had made a great effort to dress up for the evening, and some of the outfits were fantastic. There was a huge vatiety of wigs, hats, clothes or lack of them, shoes, boots, fluffy slippers and even a mermaid's tail to see! We went for a bit of a wander to see what else was happening, and where (the club is so large that it really can accommodate a large number of people who are into all sorts of kinks), and who was playing with whom. As i am usually on the receiving end of the flogger, the crop or the cane, it is good to be able to watch others play and be played with. Gives me ideas , which in turn gives him ideas .

We went back to sit with our friends and to have a drink. i mentioned that i was a bit too hot, well i was wearing a rather close fitting full length pvc dress. And being the nice man he is, he undid the zip a little, and put some nipple clamps on. The kind that have a pretty little chain between the clamps. Once they were on, he just had to play with the chain, pulling this way and that.... that most delicious of pain had me half way spacey within seconds.

After a while, with my hands cuffed behind my back and a gag in place (do i talk that much ? -- on second thoughts, don't answer that ) i was led away to the dungeon to play . It is a good size play area with a little gate to ensure that voyeurs don't interrupt those who are playing. i would like it though if those in the viewing area could do their watching a bit quieter, but as i was already partly spacey, their chat didn't seem to penetrate my head as it might have done normally. We started off using the St Andrews Cross, but when i go spacey, i tend to go rather quickly and so when the kneeling bench became available he thought it safer, and we moved to that instead. There are mirrors all round, but i could only see him with his toys in hand, using them on me. i love watching a dom at work . Of course, as he had me chained down quite tightly, how very very yummy, i couldn't move much, even yummier .

When i finally came to properly, the second time , and was dressed again, we had a wander, we watched others play, we found quiet corners, we tried out other areas of the club, we saw other friends and chatted, had a drink, and all in all, we had a great evening.

It is a great venue, the hosts are lovely, and they are all working very hard to ensure everyone has a good time, the equipment is good, and the place is very clean.

i am sure that everyone who went will have their own ideas as to how they would like things done or not. But in general i think Spankd is a fabulous place and i know that i will be back again, and again.

I must add that Art and I had the same good time. We loved the club. We had a couple of very enjoyable sessions in the dungeon. Of course with friends like Mrs Smith there how could we not enjoy it (creep creep). We went with friends and met lots of others we knew and had a fantastic evening. We joined on the night and shall certainly be going again.

A great review of a great club!
Missed the Xmas Do but went there with a mutual friend of ours (You know who I'm talking about!) and had an amazing time!
Dave and Jules would be proud of that review and so they should!
Great to read such positive things about such a relatively young club.
Btw, I enjoy your stories, keep that pervy pen of yours flowing!!!!!

Hi to all on IC. A huge thanks to Mrs Smith, for your fabulous review of SPANKD and to all of you on IC, who have posted such kind and positive comments on the many recent threads regarding the club. Mistress Jules & myself created the idea for Spankd, but it could not have happened or been such a success without the dedicated people, volunteers, professionals, businesses who have helped us with the organisation and promotion needed. The list of those is too long to write here, but we greatly appreciate all assistance given. We are overjoyed with the response we have received and wish to extend a huge thank all you who have joined or visited the club since it opened last year. With attendance at our last 2 events approaching 250 people we hope the club will continue to grow from strength to strength.
We see all of Spankd's members as an essential part of that success too and we are always ready to listen to your comments or criticisms and make adjustments to the club's format to provide a fabulous and unique event for everyone on the scene.
We believe the club is large enough to provide several different environments which should suit everybody, but we,ve made a small change after hearing some members concerns about the volume and music content. We,ve now got a new DJ ( who's amp dose n't go up to 11 ) and we,ll be having quieter and a more relaxed musical mood at the start and end of the night, with a more upbeat section in the middle for those who enjoy the fetish night club feel. We also intend to create more themed play rooms on our 1st floor for use at Spankd and our other club's when the finances will allow us to do this.
As Manager of the the Toga-Toga club, Dave is committed to the development of this awesome venue for all our adult scene and lifestyle clubs. We have just had a very successful inaugural night of our new "male only" kink themed club night - Slinky-Kinky, which was designed to introduce Toga-Toga to the gay & bi-male community. The guys were blown away by the venue and as with Spankd, we hope this reaction will generate more interest for all of Toga-Toga's events. We are now looking at possible future events for female lifestyle groups and other adult scene groups who have a requirement for function space or meeting place.
Today we received an email from an American couple who have seen the website and are coming to the UK and planning to visit us at the February Spankd. We are truly blown away by this and are very proud of the reputation and recommendations Spankd has attained. You, our members and patrons, have all helped us achieve this and we think you are all fabulous and hope you will all return as regular visitors and see the club progress to new heights.

i am so glad that Jules and Dave read my write up and have read and listened to what everyone felt after January's Spankd.
i am sure that we will enjoy the quieter music and the extra playspace and equipment. i for one can't wait to go again

Mrs Smiith what a great write up for what seems a spectacular club North of the border if you pardon the pun.I was always taught passed watford gap was north of the border,but hey BDSM stretches the length and breath of the world.and like Master Card is welcome the world over in any town or city and i pray that the morrons out there do not spoil our own recreations.this is not a political message,just a known fact that if certain people in parliment have there way clubs like spankd will not excist and once again be driven behind closed doors in surbia.If i was closer I would love to visit Spankd as it sounds ideal place to be.We have here many clubs in the south i for one take my partner come sub to SWAMP in Bristol.Where you are always made to feel welcome even newbees to the scene are welcomed and put at ease.my partner when I first took her was heard to say( and take this this was only 8 weeks after she met me and was introduced to the scene )master I want to play. and so we did her first public debut with a bare bum for all and sundry to see.but like your club in Manchester,Thats the spirit of SPANKD keep up the good work up north andmay your club continue to thrieve.

i met someone recently who has visited over 60 (yes 60 ) clubs around the UK.

Ahh Mrs Smith has both a silver tongue and a lovely mind to delve into. I'm just curious why you've not submitted to me Mrs Smith (stories that is) lol.
I've been to SWAMP too last September, as someone who is shy and new to the scene I also found it to be friendly and welcoming, hopefully I'll be getting out and about more locally and get to visit Spankd myself, see what all the fuss is about.
