It looks like what it is - a relatively carefully staged scene. The girls are definitely pulling their blows and rightly so - severe injury to your genitalia isn't most people's idea of erotica. Unlike being mildly roughed up by three babes in bikinis perhaps. The song sounded okay. I'm not sure a fairly heavy if obviously staged BDSM scene would be considered general interest viewing.
