It's un-consensual i tell you!!!

I need help....and not in that way either :-p

My wisdom tooth is coming through and today at work has just been horrid. Tried painkillers and even applied nasty tasting gel which is supposed to numb the pain but the numbness seems to wear off after a minute just leaving the weird taste.

If anybody has any suggestions as to how to ease this pain then feel free to share you knowledge and wisdom! I'm tempted to go to the chemist and try the stuff you give to babies....i'm not surprised they scream when teething, i want to scream and cry and make a big fuss until someone cuddles me better, reckon it could work? *giggles*

i only had pain from 2 of my wisdom teeth ..... one was growing horizontally and had to be removed ..... in hospital ........the other, the dentist had to remove the tooth in front of it cos ........ he said i only have a little gob ........ and there wasn't room for it :-D

not that i'm being mean or anything suggesting that might be why it hurts in your case ........ as we all know you havent got a little gob like wot i have :-D

the other 2 have never come through yet

anbesol liquid works well ....... its also good for putting on your eyebrows when you are going to pluck them :-)

Wouldn't it be smart to make the sticky stuff on envelopes taste like chocolate?
Why do dogs sniff other dog's bottoms to say hello, why don't they just bark in their face or something?
How do they get the air inside the bubble wrap?

Only thing that took the edge off mine was Neurofen Plus - the ones with codeine in.

Hubby (dentist) thinks you may have an infection and says go to the emergency dentist and get some anitbiotics...for pain relief ibuprofen, alternate with paracetomol...hope this helps...
