I read that the same way, but initially though that 'a blue streak' was some sort of modern clothes! Knowning Dommy_nick though, I suspect this is more likely: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Streak_missile There is one at the National Museum of Flight not far from Edinburgh. Wonder if it could be fuled up?
