Following on from a conversation with some new friends last night.......
Dedicated to Temperance and EvilNilla and inspired by my good friend Michael.
There are two sides to every story, Rose tinted glasses have a lot to answer for.

The wine bar was classy; subdued lighting, soft music, good crowd and a wonderful buffet laid on for the New Years Eve celebration. The conversation flowed effortlessly, Mikey her new companion a delight to be with.
The pub was smoky, crowded, noisy, bright and gaudy. Raucous laughter, the smell of sweaty armpits and stale beer, spilled peanuts and Twiglets littered the floor. Pikey, her date for the night flicked spent matches at unsuspecting customers
They clinked their champagne glasses at the stroke of midnight, a good finish to the bottle of fine wine she and Mikey had already shared amongst friends.

Mikey waved goodbye to his friends as they stepped out into the icy night. His Audi Quattro was parked right outside. He opened the door for her, before getting in himself and within minutes the heated seats and hot air blower was warming them as they cruised towards his 4 bedroom detached house in Kensington.

Mikey led her upstairs to the Master bedroom and opened the drapes around the four poster bed, he lit candles and gently laid her on the bed, covered with an eighteen hundred count, hand embroidered, White Egyptian cotton throw.
Pikey walked into the one room and opened the sofa bed covered with crumpled, cigarette burnt, greying but non matching sheets of indeterminate age or origin.
Mikey whispered to her “ I want you desperately” and before she could reply with the same sentiment he leant forward and kissed her more fervently than before. They slowly and sensually removed each other's clothes. As she helped him take off his trousers his larger than average cock sprang up towards the heavens.

He rolled off her, scratched his arse, gave a final belch and fell into a deep sleep, punctuated by snoring and farting with equal measure.

I agree. I believe many women want to be taken by the scruff of the neck and ravished in an animalistic sort of way by some roughneck type guy with greasy black hair, shifty eyes ..... and impeccable hygeine.
