I must have been up to something strange last night, as when I observed myself in the bathroom mirror this morning two odd facts imposed themselves on my mind.
Firstly, my upper back seemed to have been entirely denuded of hair and felt uncharacteristically smooth to the touch. A closer observation revealed the presence of marks running in several diagonal lines, as though scored there by some eagle-like talon. On looking downwards, I was astounded to notice the presence of deep scarlet marks across my buttocks, in pairs of parallel lines. They resembled what were once thought of as ancient canal systems on Mars, or the unexplained phenomenon of the Nazca lines in the Attacama desert.
Hitherto ungiven to paranoia, I can only conclude that the stories of alien abduction with which the sensationalist press entertains its readers may contain a seed of truth. For I have experienced several flashbacks, in which I remember a figure clad in a garment resembling a clinging black spacesuit conducting some kind of experiment upon my flesh. I have also the sense of another figure, evidently a commanding officer, clad in a bright red garment, and the rememberance of a strange unearthly pain in my nether regions. A mysterious bag full of confectionary and bulldog clips had somehow found its way into my possession. Is this an attempt by a distant world, entirely unlike our own, to communicate? Are the lines on my backside a message in some intergalactic script?
Last night I was supposed to be attending a reunion of old schoolfriends in an address near Huddersfield - however, the last thing I remember is being dazzled by the light of a torch - evidently the guiding beam from the alien craft.
Are there any experts in the paranormal who might be able to clear up this mystery?

That's strange. I ended up with a denuded back, but I didn't get the strange markings. Maybe it's a map to a lost alien city or something? | |

How odd. I have had a similar odd experience. I too was drawn to Huddersfield last night, in order to celebrate an anniversary with some old & new friends. Oddly, while there, my "cheese board" gained one small odd red mark on it.....I wonder how it got there? And, strangely enough, two of my friends developed odd markings on their backs... I wonder what's causing it?????????? from Puzzled of Yorkshire x Go on....flame Me....it'll feel like home! | |

Strange indeed that all these phenomena are manifesting in a certain area of the South Pennines. Perhaps the "Huddersfield Hexagon" will rival the Bermuda Triangle in the annals of the Unexplained! | |
