The size of the testical doesn't seem to matter too much (to me, at least - probably because I haven't got any). However, anything much larger than a good sized plum-tomato (x 2 obviously, in a majority of cases) might need some sort of medical assessment or at least a good clear out! 
But the scrotal sac... there seems to be huge variety in those... and all intriguing and fascinating for a number of different reasons! >;;;;...* | ||
