Uncle Hive and I had to go out for a few hours this morning. We phoned in a baby sitter for Sainsbury and when she arrived off we went. She came with good references, the agency said she was one of the best. However on returning we were met by a terrible situation.
The baby sitter said Sainsbury had had a temper tantrum, had stolen the present that was under the tree from candy bear and had locked herself in her bedroom and ate ALL of the Christmas stocking full of chocolates that bear had sent her. The babysitter said she would never babysit again.
Uncle Hive and I paid the babysitter and went to see Sainsbury.
Sainsbury was in her bedroom the paper was all over the floor.
Uncle Hive asked Sainsbury what had happened...GOSH you will never believe it.
Sainsbury told us her big eyes all sad brimming with tears.
The babysitter had taken Sainsburys present from under the tree and had told Sainsbury to open it. Sainsbury being ever so good tried so hard to explain that it was a Christmas present and not to be opened until Christmas but the bad babysitter opened it anyway.
Sainsbury was so upset she ran to her bedroom to hide from the bad babysitter.
When the babysitter heard Uncle Hives car coming she ran upstairs and threw all the chocolate papper and wrapping paper at poor Sainsbury saying she would duff her up if she told.
Sainsbury knows that it is wrong to keep secrets from Uncle Hive so she told him the truth.
We are so proud of her for telling the truth and so sorry for leaving her alone with a babysitter that we are going to take her into town tomorrow and buy her three more chocolate stockings to go under the tree.
We would have taken her this afternoon but all the upset has made her sick.
You just cant get good babysitters these days.

You just can't find a good baby sitter these days. And I hope Sainsbury is ok and unlike me it wasn't something she ate that made her feel unwell. |

That is so terrible. Sainsbury really is a good girl.... xx I want most of that, some of that, a bit of that, 3/4's of that, & none of that. I hope you read that carefully, cos it will all change tomorrow. |
