I know how you feel..my dad died 3 weeks ago. He had been in a care home 2 years ..and had dementia....he had his dinner and went !! In his case a blessing in disguise. To see someone waste away and return to a baby-like state before your very eyes is not a thing I would wish anyone to go through.
