And now by submitting it to the BBC you have lost the copyright to the image and any rights. You also allowed the BBC to have the rights to reuse and SELL your image with no recompense to yourself in any manner they choose or in any format. It's a disgraceful and draconian terms denying you the right even as the recognised author. The BBC is a public body WE pay a license fee for and it's commercial arm are legally taking your rights away. Please think again before anyone sends the BBC anything. Great shot of the statue - the sheeting gives it an almost ethereal quality....shame they'll eventually have to take it off really! |
