I went on holiday once and took a picture of the sea, does that mean I'm a fish?

No, just fishy.

Would that mean that minging applies? It's my new word of the day.

I'd say most certainly.

Hell hath no fury like the vast robot armies of a woman scorned.

Really? My word of the day is irony.

Really.

I'd never seen the word minging used before today and have still never heard it uttered aloud.

Irony's a good word with lots of value. You'll have lots of opportunity to use it on here. :-)

But Punternet, despite being a very useful resource indeed, and despite the fact that they do have some field reports on dommes, is not really a place where you could have a separate "Which "Domme type thing. It just doesn't seem the right place for it.

I wasn't suggesting that it's a particularly suitable place for a "which Domme" type resource, just observing that it seems to already be used by some as just that.

I am merely pointing out the fact that just because some women photograph their shoes, it doesn't mean that they are domme.

I can see where if you're a foot fetishist that shoes might have a certain appeal. I don't photograph my feet in shoes and I'm still a very competent domme

I have photos of shoes, boots and gloves on my profile. I have several memos from guys requesting them. All you should derive from that is that I have a liking for them, and a certain appreciation of the men who have taken an interest in me and requested seeing such pictures.

They have no bearing on my abilities as a Domme, about which I make no claims whatsoever. I imagine experienced amateurs like SinPar or any Pro-Domme you care to name are much better at it than I, regardless of shoe photos.

Mingling? I've heard of mingling, I do it all the time, lol.

Seriously though, when I've been to the more Northerly parts of the UK I've overheard the word used frequently in everyday use, though thankfully rarely directed in my own direction, I might hasten to add!

Oh and irony and cynicism are overrated, and more to the point, boring.

Oh gad. (blush):: fixes the original reply ::

Thanks for catching that. Just goes to show we are all a keystroke away from self-destruction.

I am very well acquainted with Punternet and it is fine, but its not specifically for dommes, which there are a range of different sorts.

I don't know if a similar thing would work for domination. There are SO MANY different sorts. Many of the domination stuff can and often is administered by working girls. ... indeed, I maid in several places for working girls, and am on "saying hello" terms with the (very charming) guy who runs Punternet. He has been a great help to me on several occasions.

UK-Mistresses has a very well regarded reviews forum, usually written by people who have the experience, the respect and the sensibility to do such a thing. Very recommended.

I found punternet has a cattle market approach to reviews: what does she do, what hair colour; own teeth?; tits size; how can she service you. It doesn't work for Dommes, I'm afraid.

Which Domme

Don't get me wrong, the current domina guides do have their purpose in that they list the dommes in your local area but, am I the only person on IC who has a thing about VFM?

As the proud new owner of a now pseudo-famous domain (i just couldn't resist easydomme.com - it rolls off the tongue sooo easily!), perhaps there is a niche in the market...

However, I am already feeling the wrath of another easy domain - easytiger.ms - the home of my lovely easytiger. Honestly dear - I promise there will be no competition!
