Totally agree and feel that this applies to most male clothing, it's so dull and boring. One of the many reasons I enjoy being 'susan' sue

SinPar -- The weak are the most treacherous of us all. They come to the strong and drain them. They are bottomless. They are insatiable. They are always parched and always bitter. They are everyone's concern, and like vampires they suck our life's blood. (Bette Davis)

Lol, I've often wondered this myself, as most fetish wear seems to make me look like a gimp or gay, and before you bite my head off I absolutely do not mean any disrespect by either of those terms because obviously those are two looks that some people absolutely do want. However, I'm trying to portray a Dom'ly demeamour but being short and of small-ish build means I really cant carry off leather kilts or anything rubber or pvc, so I guess I have to stick with leather buckled trousers and matching waistcoat! To be honest, clothing is not important to me as it doesn't define who I am, although I appreciate it is important to others, and women look sexy in just about any fetish wear, but in order to get in to clubs you gotta make an effort to be non-street...

Is this particularly an issue for subs? The use of leather or all black look both seem to be dominant images to me. Ubi caritas et amor, Deus ibi est. .... (Explained in my weblog of 21/10/2007)

Erm don't think I look dominant in a black PVC dress, perhaps the handbag spoils the look...

Im definately with SinPar with this one. Im not really one for fetish clothes on guys. Uniforms always seem to work wonders on me, as does a well fitted suit, but give me a well dressed alternative guy anyday, such as a rockabilly/psychobilly guy and mmmmmm. I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone, but theyve always worked for me - Hunter S Thompson |
