I want to write something about this that will do it justice but can't seem to muster any more eloquent words than just the most sincerest "Loved it!!"
Which I suppose, for those who have never been, is not quite helpful in deciding if one should go or not...
My confoundment is really why there aren't more people storming the place just to get in! -- Maybe it's this fantastic well kept secret and if so alas part of me hopes that it will never be too crowded so I will always have a place there!!(Selfish I know! Sorry!!)
I've been to many events and they're always a mix bag. For me, what makes a good party starts with how well the party is hosted and Sweetiejar is flawless! I am so full of awe for the woman whom I've only ever encountered briefly on previous occasions... She is almost in her element here and you really get that feeling of the amount of care, love and generosity of spirit from which Domme-aine is created -- a safe haven for male submissives and Female Dominants to interact and enjoy what it is that we do.
The atmosphere is unique. I thought of it as a little bit rock and roll myself  with all the skull themed motiffs - but it does add a little something interesting to the evening. The equipment is impeccable and I got to feast my eyes on the most amazing free-standing bondage/suspension wheel -- I'll have to go again JUST so I can have a go!!
Nemesis II, which is the venue for the party, has just the most amazing kit! Even though there was a little hiccup as I understand it with some of the kit being taken away, there was still so much of it that you can quite happily occupy your own territory all night and not feel like a total equipment pig ... err which admittedly was what I did myself. (They have an electric winch! I couldn't help myself!) I do have to admit that I would have liked to have used it all *hahaha*
Apart from just the one or two faces - I was completely new to the venue and area, but the people who attended were very warm and friendly and as I said any good party requires a good host to make sure things ran smoothly. I didn't feel at all strange or out of place and introductions were seamlessly integrated into my evening in such a way as to make time pass so quickly!
It may be a bit of a trek as it is in Huddersfield,(It is for me as I'm in Birmingham) but I really do think it is worth making the pilgrimage for what is one of the best Femdom nights I've had in a long while.
For those male submissives who have been looking for a place to feel welcomed .. this is a party you can't really afford to miss! For the Femdoms who have been looking for that special place in which to feel completely free to let loose and dominate -- (without the attendance of wanky, booze filled entities) this is a most unique night that should be flagged in your calendars.
To everyone involved in making the night happen - my most heartfelt thank you.
To the people I met for the first time yesterday night - how nice it was to meet you!
In all, a magical time and I sincerely hope there will be a repeat of in the not too distant future!

This lady worked her magic all night just did not stop. I had the pleasure of describing her whip work to a couple of new chaps and belive me it is easy when describing a skill so well executed. It was a pleasure to see all the ladies at work in what was a magical evening.

Being on the receiving end of that singletail, I can certainly second that! V gave me a delicious introduction to an implement I hadn't experienced before, accompanied by a generous portion of mind-blowing rope bondage.

I really enjoyed the evening too. I've been to Nem before but this was my first FemDom night and it was my play partner's first visit to the venue. It's always good to see you again Violently, and watching you and the other house Dommes in action last night made me realise that I have a lot to learn....

Well I had a great night there. Wasn't sure if my head would be in the right place, but it seemed to be better located than expected, somewhere near me shoulders. Maybe that's the reason why last night seemed better than the previous event, but the place seemed to be buzzing and more active. |
