Rules and toilet seats

I stayed with Madam Dragon for 10 days over the xmas holidays. And was told on no uncertain terms that the rule was that the toilet seat stays down!!!!!

I had no end of amusement leaving it up!!! The rants! The seat being banged down followed by a loud growl! And the look on her face when I patiently explained that putting the seat down was easier, owing to the effects of gravity, than lifting it up, is one I will cherish for a long time
