Is this censorship?

Its a myth that there is free speech in this country Libel laws, deformation laws, blasphemy laws, race laws, and the new religious hatred laws going through parliament at the moment. In truth what we can say is really very limited.
What ever happened to the tolerance of the saying " I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend with my life your right to say it" Are we all getting so thin skinned or is it just that egos are so fragile?
When someone on this scene does something that needs to be criticised I will!! and I don't think its in anyone's interest to suppress that sort of thing. Malicious attacks and backbiting only show people up for what they are and can be beneficial to the rest of us as it makes the numpties easy to spot.
