Ok normally i am one of these people who annoy you because they are chirpy and happy no matter what. I have always seen the good in everything and the silver lining on every grey cloud. After a series of events something happened in my head that switched the overwhelming positive feeling bout life off for a week or so. Even though i am feeling a bit groggy this morning I know I am making progress and coming out of the murk and darkness. I am smiling again. Not the fake one I have been forcing at work for the last few days but a real one. I got to thinking about people who live with depression day in day out and cant find away out of the murk how helpless they must feel. I have a new found sympathy for them i never really understood it before. A sad thing to say at 36 years old but an honest admission. So all you funky monkeys out there recommend some loud music while getting ready to go out and meet a dear friend a great meal great company and good wine. Put the the world to rights and feel comfty in your own skin again...... normal cheeky some what slutty service will be resummed shortly xxxxxxx

There's a lot of the blues about and we IC people seem to have more than our fair share of them.
