OK so heres the scene, after a pint in the local Kat bumps into number one son and invites him for dinner the next evening to see all the recent improvements etc.
It went something like this -
"Wow kitchen looks great" followed by "what a diference in the lounge" then the bold lad bounds upstairs with "what have you done with the spare room ...."
A quick giggle and a "be careful" from Kat followed by "erm its what it says on the door" from me,
The sign on the door - just 1 word - "DUNGEON"
Well it took a minute or 2 then he came back downstairs - smiling !
Could have been a lot worse but it did make dinner conversation a little more interesting .........

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall for that conversation  Nice to know he took it all so well. |
