We have long enjoyed medical play in our dungeon. Lately I have had requests from subs who wished to suffer prolonged bondage and force feeding while catheterized. Being always safe, sane, and consensual, we have determined before obtaining the equipment to elicit some insight from those who have performed this procedure. What is the best equipment to purchase? What cautions are advised? Is there any difference between male or female force feeding? How does one insert the tube correctly, how is it held down to avoid expulsion? Is it painful to leave in? Does it require deadening of the throat to swallow? Any advice and experience will be most appreciated!

Does one actually use a tube in the throat in such situations? My understanding was that a concious person would not be able to tolerate a tube without reflexivly vomiting? I'd always thought it was neccessary to use a tube in the nose? Not that I actually know for sue though....! This is the bullshit line...only cross it if you must.

Hi I think you mean to use a nasal gastric tube. I have to advise against this as the chances of the tube ending up in the lungs is very high. That could result in drowning or other serious complications. Sorry to spoil the fun. Ajay

Its best to be shown by a medically trained person rather than just doing it off your own back. It took me quite a while to get the knack of it when I was at uni and the chances of the tube ending up in the wrong place is rather high. Also as others have mentioned, its a nasal tube.. I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone, but theyve always worked for me - Hunter S Thompson

It's quite difficult to get a naso-gastric tube (NGT) down in to the lungs of an awake person with intact reflexes. They cough and cough and cough which is a bit of a giveaway that it is in the wrong place. Anaesthetised/unconscious patients are a different matter though. I remember an entertaining afternoon on ITU where 6 of us tried to get the sodding NGT in the right place. We all failed, but I now have a fine collection of digital images of chest x-rays showing the tube in one or other of the main bronchi. Ho hum.

All I can see in my mind is images of those poor suffragettes we force fed when they were imprisoned on hunger strike. Sounds a bit medically dangerous. Can't you just make them eat what they're told when they're told to by orders?
