Thunder is saying that people who owe allegiance to one side or the other in a debate should have their identities outed if they post on any topic which relates to this.
But on that basis just about everyone on here would have to be outed at some time or other.
There are numerous people supporting the other side who have a vested interest (personal or financial) yet they have not been outed.
Therefore there is no logic to Thunder's remarks - he is simply trying to justify an unacceptable action
It is minx's opinion that the outing, flaming and aggressive off topic replies to her posts will cause people who come across these on Google to think my God I don't want to visit that webste - and the damage wll be to IC.

Using the weblogs and boards to attack another people you don't like, or to "name and shame" someone you feel has hurt you, isn't ok. Please do not use Informed Consent for this kind of thing.
Allowing these kinds of posts causes as much harm as good, since it allows stalkers and liars a free rein just as much as the innocent. We can't tell from this side of the glass screen which of you is telling the truth. Even milder personal vendettas degenerate into name calling and make many bystanders feel uncomfortable about posting in such a hostile environment.
