I'm very socially anxious.
I'm realizing this as I consider going to events and passing on it because I don't feel up to it.
I'm also realizing this is why it's been hard for me to reach out and ask people if they want to hang out once I've gotten here.
If you've asked, and I've been bad at getting back to you, I'm sorry. Finding a flat, a job, and then working full time is exhausting for me, and it's been hard to find energy after that to go off and meet people. I'd love to hang out and make some friends, as I'm certainly lonely, but I may need the assistance of an outreached hand.

Always with the excuses! Glad to hear you got a full time job though. Are you still keeping in contact with anyone back in CA? I've not logged into tribe for a while so no idea what your former flat mate is up to.
Oh and if you can handle a lodger for a couple of days, I was thinking of coming down to visit you sometime in the near future! After all, I was promised girls and booze! |
