I'm wondering if there is an interest in a munch in Hemel Hempstead, looking at the people who have posted on that thread there seem to be more perves than just Proccie and I in the place. I'm thinking sometime in the first week of the month to avoid Bedford, Watford, Aylesbury and London. I'm not sure where yet, I'm open to offers, though I can seat 8 in my front room...

Anywaqy, post below if you're interested & if more than one person show interest (sock puppets not withstanding ) we'll give it a go

Seriously, I would support such a venture, private or public as best as I could. It is notoriously difficult to keep peoples attention as there are often pressures preventing coming out tonight sort of thing. The pub munches seem to need a critical mass to survive successfully as well as the efforts of the host. Attracting newbies (as opposed to gawpers/sock puppets) is an important area of 'the munch'.
