Wot a weekend !
As some of you know the Katbasket is in rural Scotland and yesterday was da local highland games - hilite of da soshul calendar and all dat stuff !
So brite 'n breezy, lunchtime on da dot me was off fur a look at what all da fuss was about -
Tug'o'war - what a palaver just cos da big guy at the back is tickly !
Tossing da caber - cant see why they do it - BT has big lorries wiff all da kit to shift tellygraf poles
Hill Running - why ?
SWRI Home baking - now yer talkin' !
Beer tent - Cheerz !!!!!
So havin' given da games the once over me was off to da carnival -
Dogems - daft name Bashems is better
Waltzer - on reflection da 3rd hotdog wasnt da best of idea
maybes
Big Wheel - sheesh its a long way down !
Coconut shy - dey sure is - 15mins of SoG's best patter and they didnt say a cheep !
Madam Zaza, fortune teller & clair voyant - well Zaza didnt see wot was about to happen on da darts stand and clair wasnt even there - swizz !
Darts & Cards - hrm, Oooops kinda sums that up ....
So after all da fun me was home for quickie wash & brush up then off to Stunners - me was behind da bar all night - whoop de doo !

Ps dont drink da cloudy foreign lemonade called Hogensimfinoruver - must be off cos me is feelin' furrier on da inside than out !
