So, we survived Turkey ![]()
I'd highly recommend a visit there, but personally wouldn't go for 2 weeks.
The resort we stayed at didn't like people leaving to explore, so obtaining info that wasn't organised by the tour reps was impossible. The people were exceptionally friendly & helpful with anything concerning the resort complex facilities, entertainment and spa/turkish bath. Food was plentiful and good quality, very nice to try doner kebap as we don't get food like that here ![]()
We did venture out though to see a bit of the surrounding area, although we didn't get to see what I hoped we would ![]()
So, now we are back, what's been happening in the world we left behind.... I'm heading off to read back through the logs and posts to do a bit of catching up.

Glad you had a good trip. It rained a bit while you were gone. Nem got flooded and all the gear was last seen floating down to Lockwood, even the cage. Someone hoisted a sail on the rack and set a course for the French coast. Least thats what I heard. . |
