Well.. i feel well and truly settled in with J now, and at last we have broadband... superfast, wireless broadband 
Egypt was great as always & very relaxing, although waaaaay too hot.. we won't go in summer again! Still, it was a lot better than the washout that is the British summer. And the Genesis gig on the day we came back was awesome.
J is in the 4th week of His new job. He seems to be coping fairly well with the longer commute but the job itself is rather taxing. And anyone who knew anything about it has either just retired or been hived off on a project overseas, so J's just gotta go it alone 
i am in full Anthea Turner mode, trying my best to be the perfect house-slut. Today i'm attempting filo pastry tarts with caramelised onion, sundried tomato & goats cheese (the latter purchased from the local farmers' market). Goodness knows if they'll be edible though!
i love living in a more rural area. It's the village show on Saturday... i presume there will be competitions for the biggest marrow etc. and best Victoria sponge cake. i think i am in danger of starting to bake my own bread and make jars of chutney! i wonder if i should join the local Women's Institute? Could be interesting if i have to give a talk on my hobbies 
Yes... i know it sounds like nauseatingly perfect domestic bliss, and it is. But i make no apology for being happy, it was a long time coming, and i have never been able to nest properly with a man i truly love before. And i've never been so loved and appreciated before. Thank You Master

It all seems so long ago now since that rain free(thank god)evening at Old Trafford. A near religious experience watching Genesis only spolit by a punter pouring half a bottle of Bud down my shirt.
