No i'm not talking about Dicks!! ;)

How long do you think you should live with someone before marriage?? The professional opinions seems to be one year.

I made a big mistake in my first marriage, we didnt live together before marrying needless to say 4 months after we married he showed his true colours ( which were rather nasty in a physical sense)

My mate has announced he is getting married in a couple of months and moving in at the same time! I am just being cynical, or is he really fucking mad!!

Its one thing to have a great relationship, love etc...but so,so,sooooooooooo, different actually living together.

Mazie you have to go with your instincts.Long romances or short intense relationships can both work ,but you have to be sure within your own mind whatever the final outcome maybe.

I'm sure about mine babe, we've been living together for 4 months now, i wouldnt marry till we had had a good taster ;). I can only try not to make the same mistake twice.

I do though worry about him, whats the rush to get wed almost the same week as moving in FFS.

I am sure they know deep down if its right, some do and some don't

I wouldn't rush into anything myself, but thats my opinion

my parents knew each other 6 weeks before they started arranging their wedding ....... married after 3 months ......... moved in together (before that they both lived with parents) this April was their 49th wedding anniversary

anything can work if you want it, and work hard enough at it

Wouldn't it be smart to make the sticky stuff on envelopes taste like chocolate?
Why do dogs sniff other dog's bottoms to say hello, why don't they just bark in their face or something?
How do they get the air inside the bubble wrap?

Awww, thats lovely!! And your right, things can work if you work hard enough at it. Just too easy( and too acceptable) to get divorced these days, i think people do walk away rather than try to make it work.

I have a gay mate who moved country to be with his b/f after knowing him just a couple of months....and they are still together 4 years on. Unfortunately i know a lot more who have done a lot less drastic and in 6 months its over. Hey ho
