At this precise moment I am LIVID
I have been in touch with my solicitor yet again today ( its a daily ritual!) who has informed me that for the SECOND time my buyers mortgage offer has returned incorrectly worded therefore completion cannot happen.
Consequently it will be AT LEAST another week before I move as I cannot lay my hands on the £70,000 I need to add to my mortgage so I can shift!!
Anyone fancy having a whip round for me? Yes I am TRYING my best to keep my humour , but PLEASE no one be nice to me or hug me as I WILL cry!!

Are you in contact with your agent or the person who negotiated the sale? Take it out on them. They are trained to sit quietly while you let off steam and then reasurre you until it's all better. Incredibly submissive creatures they are.
