No you don't, unless you plan to escape within 30 minutes. You might want most of it, but you probably don't want the reverse prayer part of it unless you like your shoulders dislocated. A friend of mine who was working for a well known site that is no longer running was put in a reverse prayer and left like that for about 45 minutes, around which time her shoulder, which had been under constant strain, decided to pop out of it's joint.

However, a rubber single sleeve would probably be easier as long as the top isn't too tight. And the finger end could have a d-ring which is fastened to the chastity belt or maybe the ankle chain.

I specifically chose to ignore the reverse prayer bit - about 11 years ago I used to be supple enough to probably manage it without too many problems but very much doubt I could these days without much screaming, ranting and raving.

It's the ranting and raving that puts me off. If it was Screaming and begging then I'd be fine. Although you'd be gagged under water so it wouldn't bother me anyway.
