Sleep problems are pure torture, afterall hasn't sleep deprivation been used by those in power the world over to exhort 'confesssions' from prisoners ? Over the years, for my sins, I have become a very poor sleeper. However, I have a game with my doctor whereby she lets me have 24 Mogadon every couple of months and these DO give me a wonderful sleep when I am really desperate. Wishing you well and hoping you are able to get the refreshing sleep all us humans need. Obsessed by women's buttocks and thighs in skin-tight scruffy, worn-out denim jeans. I joined you in the ranks of the ex-ex-smokers about the same time. Nasty habit but I do enjoy it. There is one thing worse than no cigarette though - having a ciggie but having nothing to light it up with.. pure torture! Hope you found some sleep eventually.

Yep I know and with a Zippo running out of wick (and not being able to find shops who sell them) might have to go back to disposable lighters ^Thunder^

I think there has been this weekend - maybe its because we are not getting the usual fix of sun for this time of year, just rain, rain, rain. Hope you are feeling better soon xthunderx . You are strong enough to handle whatever life gives you; be strong enough to enjoy what life gives you too. | ||

mmmmmmmmmmm rain n rain n more rain -finally got out on the pbike again this mornin -only acouple of hours -. I thought itwas just me - but this weathers been , not just , well , wet -but theres been no air to breathe properly -migraine weather - I cant even have a lie in on a morning cos I finish up wi a stinkin headache -can we just have some fresh air please !! |
