I know that we all have our off day.....i know that due to varying things (kids, diy, cars) we have not been able to do any sm play, but last night i was sooooo disappointed in myself, just felt that was a wuss, could hardly cope with anything....
i love being flogged, and yes managed to cope with some of that, i have usually spaced to a good flogging, but couldn't last night
used to be able to take the cane but even the first tap had me squealing 
i have become more vocal, maybe i need to be re trained again, start from scratch and build it back up.
i love a challenge but it was all a challenge last night, i enjoyed the evening but felt i had disappointed my Master (he said i didn't)
i am not as supple, i couldn't do my corset up as much as i used to (too many sweets) i was struggling to believe my Master when he said i was beautiful....
sheesh i know i am due on in a few days, i know these thoughts are irrational but they are still there, so yes this is an I am feeling sorry for myself blog.....

Awwwwww don't be so hard on yourself. We can all have days where we can take less pain than others and feel we have let our Masters down but if he said you have not, then accept his word and don't feel bad. The fact you are due on is probably making you feel down on yourself and could also be the reason that corset didn't fit so well because of the fluid retention you get before a period.

I agree that the time of the month probably made a big difference, as well as being a bit out of practice. I have the odd time like that, when I can't take stuff that I usually enjoy. LOL! Awwww hun. I think we all have a bit of that at times too lol. The beauty that is inside is what matters and your Master wants you for who you are. Your submission is a beautiful thing in itself. It doesn't matter if you are feeling a bit fragile right now.. as he says, you are still beautiful to him and that's all that matters.
