i remember i used to have a list of things that 'couldn't' be said to me during verbal humiliation because i didn't think I could handle them and that i would get upset and turned off (eg fat, stupid, refering to things in my past, etc). But then, about a year ago i realised that the only reason i felt like this was because they hit a nerve and because they hit a nerve they could actually be even more successful at turning me on since they are things I'm geniunely ashamed of/worried are true and therefore basically have a greater emotional response to anyway. So i relaxed my limits and it made things so much more intense and more geniunely humiliating for me. At the same time I have enough of a grip on reality to know they aren't completely true so it doesn't damage my self-esteem/confidence in anyway. Wouldn't work for everyone, but worth considering.

No matter how bad you think things are, they're worse and you're just not paranoid enough to see it.

I like the idea of a sub being made to sunbathe in a bra to create embarassing tan lines... I can imagine the thrill of knowing that I'd have to live with the consequences for a few days...

Another favourite of mine would be to order my sub to entertain me by playing with herself, and toys in front of me, only to ignore her and watch TV, or read. I'd be keeping half an eye on her, warning her not to stop, and telling her she'd have to be much more imaginative to get my attention.

A good while back as a punishment I made out a list of shopping my girl at the time was to go to the local supermarket and pick up as preparation for making dinner. This all seemed very tame and lame until just before she went out the door I squirted a big patch of water onto the groin area of her skirt and said "Now don't come back till you have everything on the list".
