Here are the reasons why I rock: I'm smart, I'm honest,
I'm strong, I'm funny, I'm loving and I'm damn cute 
What I say matters not because I say it but because I mean it. I won't waste your time, I won't mince my words. I won't lie. There is no better way to solve any problem than hugs and open conversation.
Many of you are suffering the mid-winter blues and more of you will soon get depressed during the Valentine's season of commercial love. So before the onslaught of self-hatred begins, make a list of all the things you love about yourself. If necessary, picture yourself from the eyes of someone who loves you.
