CrateMonkey, I fully understand your predicament. As a
female sub, I too look for at least a minimal level of
experience in my Doms. However, this is a means to
protect myself from creeps seeking to use BDSM to
find “a quick slut to fuck” Please don't take offence
at that statement, I am not implying you are that kind
of pervert.
I recommend that newbie Doms find a Dom/Domme to be
their mentor in the scene. He/she can teach flogging
technique and be a guide to the more physiological
aspects of BDSM. By attending munches and letting
people know you're sincere; you have a better chance of
attracting a sub. Keep in mind that some people you
approach may not be comfortable in a 1 on 1 situation
but may feel safer playing with you in a more public
arena like a club or play party. If you follow these
suggestions, when next you are queried on your lack of
experience you will have the knowledge and contacts you
need to satisfy your sub that she/he will not be harmed.
Good luck!
bunny
