Well as said Mrs Smith perhaps its this persons way of trying to get someone to talk with him. Though talking with him might not have worked, talking about him certainly has lol.

People like that are quite pathetic. If they feel the need to try and insult and hurt others to feel some kind of control it shows how sad they are.
