Yeah I appreciate that. It was badly written, I meant "you" as in "one", not you personally, Michelle http://trusseduk.com

We would never make a payment of any business that has woeful contact details, and the offer of a telephone number after they have received your hard earned cash is totally inadequate; pity really as there are some items that do interest us Mr Smacker

I have recently ordered from this site, and am awaiting delivery as we speak ~ when I paid, I received a confirmation email which does have a trading address etc within it, and also a contact telephone number. But, when they arrive, I will definitely come post up and let you know lei_da "It's only when I lose myself in someone else, That I find myself, I find myself . . . I assume you have verified the details you have received are correct?

I bought some of their stuff via ebay, very quick delivery, however the quality of what I bought was pretty low, but it was cheap, example - their cuffs come with a chain and trigger clips, the trigger clips are just about strong enough, but the chain is easily broken, in short you get what you pay for, and I didn't pay much and didn't get much, can't fault the service though, they are genuine. It's good to switch

Probably not too rellevant but working on the principle you get what you pay for i always try to buy the best quality i can afford. ive bought a few items recently from J.T stockroom in l,a from the link on this site and the gear is great quality and has always come within 5 days with no customs fees to pay, also for floggers if its quality you want you will have to go a long way to beat quality control (david giles) only a personal opinion but for what its worth it may help

With regards to returns (and to save people reading the whole of the Distance Selling Regulations), items can be returned for no reason within 7 days of purchase, as you get a cooling off period for those times you make the wrong purchase (flogger not what you expect etc) SKIN STAPLERS FOR SALE - MEMO ME FOR MORE DETAILS

I cannot comment about this site personally but ANY site that does not have an address and or contact number is a no no to me. With the Internet anyone can set up shop for a few quid and set about trading. Most use a box number but having a box number isn't an issue if the business has so much post it can't just turn up it needs to be fed into their system. However a P O Box number is not private and can be requested from the Postcode area office for that box. By law the Post Office must disclose the originating address. Generic phone numbers are meant to be a service to make it easier to call the business. But it can also be used to hide behind. Mobile numbers can be very suspect. Then again selling sex toys and BDSM gear may be easier than it was but still has a social stigma. The operators may be VERY vanilla and in a vanilla job and run the site part time prone to dismisal if discovered. You can't be sure just who is behind the website but a search of the whois may reveal more information. conditioning them before placing an order would be a good idea. And, as done here asking for any feedback and experience trading with them. Irrespective of Terms and Conditions on the site they are bound by the The Distance Selling Rules Act and Trade Descriptions Act. The also must comply with Data Protection too. Embarrassment can be a good way to expose a rouge trader as you can say that you were buying for a girlie night or a hen party or stag do. But the 'business' if it's a dodgy one would be less keen on exposure and investigation by Trading Standards and a back room outfit wouldn't take too kindly to the council asking for tax too. So to would Customs and Excise and the Inland Revenue. The whois record even if some info was missing usually has the name servers so a complaint to their ISP or host might also bring about a result too. caveat emptor

Yes I have used them recently. Very fast delivery, excellent price. May be a limited range (at present) but I would certainly recommend them. T. "The sunshine in your heart: more important than the sunshine on your skin." |
