For the same reasons it's a handy drug in other circumstances - encourages adventure, releases inhibitions, creates a sense of conviviality and warmth etc, plus, as someone mentioned much earlier, it does increase pain tolerance (being an aneasthetic), and it's helped me get to places I may have wimped out on without a bit of mother's little helper, places I'm glad to have gone to. I do agree on some points though - if i was sub, i wouldnt want to be controlled by someone i didnt know, who wasnt 100% in control of themselves... If i knew them on the other hand, crack out the brews!! But, with rope bondage, knife play etc.. one slip and youre fucked - worth the risk? | ||

If we play, one or the other may have a couple, but never enough to become "out of it". The ironic thing is I've witnessed others at clubs taking things that are somewhat more mind altering and also illegal; then going up to play. I would rather have a couple of beers and play rather than trying it completely ripped off my t*ts.

I find that it depends on the situation. If I'm at a club and playing casually or just exercising my power over a sub, a bit of alcohol is fine, but if I'm doing anything really delicate like whipping or breathplay I normally wouldn't.
