I find the way the memo system is organised really infuriating.
It's quite hard to 'deal with' my memos efficiently... the ones 'to' pile up at the top of the list and push the unanswered 'from' ones further down... therefore it's easily done to miss answering one by mistake... and the '7 days' thing is annoying, especially for those of us lucky sods who take holidays of more than a week. Is it possible to set up a system where there is a separate 'inbox' and 'sent items' box? Then, memos in the inbox could also be marked as 'replied' or 'unreplied', for easy organising. I'm sure I can't be the only person who finds the current system teeth-grindingly awkward.
