The search for 'my' submissive started about a year ago, for the first seven months it was full of frustration; people not turning up at arranged meetings, people not looking as they did in their picture or the connection simply not being there. Although at times I felt like giving up Master was at my side encouraging me to grow. Now I look back, those experiences did help, they showed me the sort of person that I was really looking for and helped me develop as a Domme. Master and I also made some amazing friends who I care about deeply.
So finally after lots of searching and disappointments, I think I may've found the person I've been searching for; kitten. After many months of phone conversations and negotiations we finally met last Monday, and I must admit I'd never felt so un-dominant in my life.
The real life meeting actually went incredibly well, Master drove me into town and then waited with me until we knew kitten was close, then he went off to get a coffee and left me to do my thing. In all honesty there was a big part of me that wanted him to stay and hold my hand, but when I saw kitten walking towards me all my fears transformed into excitement!
We had a wonderful few hours on our own just chatting over a mug of Earl Grey. One of the things that touched me the most was the way kitten helped me, no discomfort, she just lifted the tea to my mouth. I don't think anyone will really ever understand how much that little thing meant to me.
After a little shopping (for more details please read kitten's blog) and our first kiss in a lift at bhs of all places, which was completely lush, we wandered into the coffee shop that Master was in. I know this moment was particularly difficult for kitten, but she showed no sign of her worries and after a few minutes we were all laughing as if we'd all been friends forever. Everything went so well it was decided that kitten would come back to my house so she could see where I lived and also eat some well earned Chinese!
We spent a little time in my bedroom, where we did a little more kissing! Master popped out so we sat and talked, giggled as girls do and just generally enjoyed each others company. Then Master's phone sounded, it was fairly distressing news and he needed me.
If I'd had the ability to clone myself it would've been used. It was so important that kitten felt safe and cared for after she'd trusted me enough to enter my house, but Master also needed comforting. It was my biggest fear, I dreaded making either person feel undervalued, but it was actually ok, I chatted to Master briefly in the kitchen, then explained to kitten what was going on, it just proves, communication really is the key!
Meeting kitten was an amazing experience which ended far too quickly, but she must've enjoyed it because she's coming back on Tuesday and I'm so excited!
