Anyone got any good ideas of places to shoot night shots in London?
Just thinking of the munch next friday and thought about having a night out with the camera, and maybe getting the coach back about 7am sat morning.
I'll be looking for good sunrise shots too ![]()
Ideas and thoughts welcome...

Westminster Bridge and the embankment (by the London Eye) can offer some really good photos. I took alot there on my first trip to England. St Paul's cathedral is impressive as well if a bit OTT in my humble opinion. Also the horse guard and Cenotaph would be impressive. Some of the railway stations can offer moody shots by the score as well as some interesting people shots.
Just don't wait too long or look too suspicious when you are around the houses of Parliament LK Shit! That light at the end of the tunnel was just another damn train coming to run me over Edited 17 May 07, 9:12 PM by LadyKathryn

Canary Wharf - especially from down by City Airport - sighting along the runway; St Pauls and the old corners of the city; Broadgate; the river, Billingsgate if you are allowed to take photos inside,, loads of colour n texture in fish! Humanity is my interface with reality ~ Shiva AI

Thanks folks
have decided to drive down, as the main flow of traffic should be out-of-london. As the munch does not start till 7:30ish I can enter the congestion zone after hours
Thought if I go by car, I could move around london with a lot more freedom, and less expense than having to stay in one locality or expensive taxis. Also if it pees down, I can come home
Hmmmmmmmm, a week to plan some ideas oX.
