Its amazing what things you see,
Brief moments in time captured, most will never come again, and although some look similar, they never really are.
Emotions when captured are the most amazing, powerful, thought provoking thing to view, its almost like someone has given you as the photographer the opportunity to see them as they truly are, their souls laid bear for that one brief second, the outer facade stripped off revealing their true selves, their true feelings and thoughts at that moment in time.
In that one brief moment, no matter what feelings or thoughts you may have perceived or have of the subject your photographing, be it shame, hope, joy, fear, etc... all get washed away because your let in, you see past the bullshit, that human screen that shields them from the outside world is stripped away and you yourself feel what they feel and then you press the button.
What happens next, well you show your work openly to people, some will say as if almost programmed,"that's nice" or "great pic" but some you will notice are affected by what you show, they feel.............
To give those memories of small pieces of life, that if not captured may have been lost forever!
is why I take pictures...................
Haven't blogged in a while.

I totally agree... I took some 200+ photographs at a good friends wedding yesterday, I captured many such moments.
