I have just started an Open University course in Digital Photography. OK, I hear you say, big deal. I had hoped it would not be too big a deal either, I've been taking pics for a while but I wanted to do something that was going to make me think, challenge me both artistically and technically, and for once I don't mean a fellow submissive's backside. 
So we started this weekend. I have DVD's to watch and a website with the course material, we have a few forums (or should that be fora?) on the website where we can communicate with each other and the tutors. It's been chaos with folks stumbling around trying to find where we should all be, blooming good job it is virtual, it is like herding cats!
This weekend has seen me crawling around in the garden with a black and decker workmate and a bottle of pink wine, much to the amusement of my neighbour who is as mad as a hatter herself. I've been photographing bagels, bananas, J's ear, bits of trees, a shirt collar and a carpet.
All perfectly normal behaviour, of course. Well it will be for the next ten weeks.
Somehow I don't think I will be getting an assignment on fetish photography. Shame.

You might get to choose a subject of your own soon enough...then you can photograph pervs in action. Keep in mind the ban on fetish pornography though...... You're the Prince to my Ballerina. | |

There is no ban on 'fetish photography' whats proposed is a ban on extreme violence being portrayed. Fetish can mean shots of feet or someones bottom in rubber.
